MLA Service: Monday Jan 30th 5:30pm

The MLA will be down beginning on Monday 1/30 at 5:30 pm and the tool will be unavailable until around 5 pm the following day (Tuesday 1/31). HIMT needs to have Germany remote into the tool that evening to address the software issues we have been having. I will send an email out on Tuesday once the tool is available.

Suss Bonder SB6 Down

We have fixed the top heater issue and now need to run some pressure and voltage tests.  The system will be available Monday late morning if everything looks good.  I’ll send out an email once the tool is back up. -- Aidan

Dektak XT in qualification

We have replaced the Dektak 6M with a new Dektak XT profilometer. We are currently qualifying the tool, we'll send an email when it's ready for training. // John d 10:39, 25 January 2023 (PST)

Oxford Cobra ICP Etch

ICP power supply has failed. We have requested a replacement from the vendor and a timeline for repair. Oxford will be shipping the parts we need for repair on Friday. Hopefully they will arrive Monday and the system will be operational Tuesday afternoon. I will update you all if that schedule changes. // John d 09:50, 26 January 2023 (PST)
