ASML: Down on Dec 12th
On Dec 12th the system will be down for half a day, so we can perform periodic maintenance (PM) on the DUV Laser. // John d 16:47, 28 November 2022 (PST)

E-Beam#2: Heater UP
We tested the heater to 680°C three times without any issues. There is still the issue with the temp controller not communicating with the software which will get sorted out eventually.
