We are postponing the Maintenance date to May 6th – 10th.
We will be having our yearly lab shutdown on *Thursday, December 27th and Friday, December 28th* to sanitize our DI water system and for general fab maintenance. We will send out an email Friday afternoon when the lab is ready to use.

On the week of May 6th, ASML Engineers will be performing preventative maintenance, please plan your work around the tool being down at that time.

A Filmetrics F10-RT for optical reflection/transmission spectra, and a Filmetrics F50 thin-film wafer-mapping system have been installed. Trainings will be announced once operating procedures have been developed. Contact Ning Cao for more info.

MA6 TSA is down - Update

Still waiting on a quote and lead time for the board we need for the TSA microscope issue, was supposed to have that info yesterday. I've just pinged them and will provide everyone with an update once I have something.

Velion FIB Tool DOWN
