MA6 TSA is down - Update

Still waiting on a quote and lead time for the board we need for the TSA microscope issue, was supposed to have that info yesterday. I've just pinged them and will provide everyone with an update once I have something.

Velion FIB Tool DOWN

Raith service are installing and aligning a new GaBiLi source. The Velion FIB column is not available to users until further notice.

Stepper #3 (ASML DUV) - PM Moved to 5/6 – 5/10

We are postponing the Maintenance date to May 6th – 10th. On the week of May 6th, ASML Engineers will be performing preventative maintenance, please plan your work around the tool being down at that time.

Lab Access Changes: Symmetry App

Card/Iris scanner access is still currently enabled. However we will be moving to a smartphone-based access system. IMPORTANT: check your email to setup the new smartphone access system, so you will be ready when we switch to the new system. Wafer Bonder, (Suss SB6-8E)

-We have a flow rate problem on the SiCl4 gas line. You can only flow the SiCl4 for 5 minutes and then you have to wait 5 minutes before you flow it again. So in order to to do a 10 minute Etch you will have to do it in three steps flow 5 mi, wait 5mi, then flow 5min.
