The campus will be testing the emergency strobe system in ESB this Thursday morning (10/18/18) at 7am. No one is allowed in the Nanofab between 7 and 7:30am. The test should only take 15 minutes and I will send out an email once the lab is safe to enter.

The board we were waiting on arrived, but it did not resolve the tool issue. We are working with Panasonic on the next steps.
Software upgrade completed, everyone must be re-certified to use the tool. All old recipe files have been backed up but not reinstated - let us know if you need your old recipe parameters.

Velion FIB Tool DOWN

Raith service are investigating an anomalously low beam current. The Velion FIB column is not available to users at present.
