Hardware delivery ETA updated to June 17th.
 
We’ll schedule an ASML engineer on-site visit to perform the installation, verification and system calibrations.
 
We may have been able to revive the TCU, but have another electrical hardware failure that requires a new part from ASML.

Stepper #3 (ASML DUV) - Down for PM on April 15th-19th

ASML Engineers will be on-site to perform the Annual Periodic Maintenance on the tool from Monday April 15th through April 19th. The tool will be unavailable for use during this time.
