ASML Down: TCU failure

Plating Bench: Down 6/7 9a-12n
The plating bench in Bay 4 will be unavailable on Wednesday, 6/7/22 from 9am-noon. Please plan accordingly. // John d 12:13, 1 June 2022 (PDT)
Masks Mandatory: May 27-June 12
UCSB has reinstituted a mandatory mask mandate for all indoor spaces on campus.
The mandate begins May 27, and extends through June 12.

New EBL Rates
Effective Dec.1, 2021, all of our electron beam lithography rates are lowered. The new rates are as follows:
Industrial Users: $405/hour
UC Academic Users: $126/hour
Non-UC Academic Users: $150/hour
UCSB CNSI Incubator USers: $260/hour
