Equipment Status
GCA 6000 March Maintenance
The GCA 6300 will be down for maintenance beginning 8:30am Monday March 9, 2020 until 6:30pm March 11, 2020. Silva 10:40, 10 February 2020 (PST)

SignupMonkey Testing: Fri Feb 7th, 7am

N2 Dry Box Cleanout, February 14th
We will be cleaning out the large N2 dry box next to the ASML. Anything with a label that's older than 2 months will be removed. As a reminder, the dry box is for active processing only. If you would like to store anything in a N2 only environment for greater than two months please use the vacuum sealer (in bay 4). Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Unaxis ICP-PECVD
