Important Announcements

The cleanroom will be closed to users from 6am to 9am on Wed June 1st, to allow Campus facilities to perform yearly emergency generator testing.

Update 2022-06-01: working an issue with HVAC - expect to be open by 9:30am. Check email for updates.

UCSB has reinstituted a mandatory mask mandate for all indoor spaces on campus.

The mandate begins tomorrow, May 27, and extends through June 12.

We will provide masks at the metal table in front of the cleanroom entry.

Effective Dec.1, 2021, all of our electron beam lithography rates are lowered. The new rates are as follows:

Industrial Users: $405/hour

UC Academic Users: $126/hour

Non-UC Academic Users: $150/hour

UCSB CNSI Incubator USers: $260/hour
