New COVID Protocols Effective Saturday, May 15, 2021

Shifts are eliminated and new policies are in place beginning 5/15/21.

ASML Engineers will be servicing Stepper #3 from Monday May 17th to Friday May 21st, for a full hose-replacement service. The Tool will be unavailable during this whole time, please plan your fabrication accordingly.
