Following guidelines provided by our Office of Research, the UCSB Nanofabrication Facility is open only for limited/authorized use for critical activity at this time.
We will be running tests on the SignupMonkey servers at 7am on Friday Feb. 7th. This may cause temporary outages of the server at this time.

We have a [https://www.raith.com/products/velion.html?mobile=0 Raith Velion FIB] and a [https://heidelberg-instruments.com/en/products/mla150.html Heidelberg MLA150 Maskless Aligner] on the way.
We will be cleaning out the N2 dry box in bay 6. Anything with a label that's older than 2 months will be removed. As a reminder, the dry box is for active processing only. If you would like to store anything in a N2 only environment for greater than two months please use the vacuum sealer (in bay 4). Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

The ICP-PECVD module is down for general use. We are conducting experiments with the Deuterated Silane and are not allowing general use of the tool.
