The tool is working properly at this time and is now available for use. Thank you for your patience in regard to this matter.
Campus facilities need to fix a gross leak on our compressed air system. The work is scheduled for Thursday morning (8/26) from 5am to 7am. During this time no users will be allowed in the lab.

The Nanofab has a current job opening for a Process/Wafer-Fab Engineer, see the [https://wiki.nanofab.ucsb.edu/wiki/Nanofab_Job_Postings NanoFab Job Openings page] for details.
Campus facilities will be doing a firmware update on the building controls at 7am. No disruption in operation is expected but there is a slight chance of a small change in cleanroom temperature and/or pressure. Please plan accordingly.
